Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, bolDlocs is unable to accept returns on hair items. Please contact us within 7 days if your item arrives damaged or defective, and we will assist you accordingly.

Shipping Policy
 

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • All boldlocs items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. 

  • All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
